"Anyone looking for insurance coverage can feel confident in working with Henry Mashburn and his team. I have had an auto policy with them since 2020, and recently used them for my home insurance as well as the addition of another vehicle. I have worked most closely with Tiffany, who is such a gem. Besides being a wonderful and kind individual, she is an expert in her field and always goes above and beyond. She is easy to get ahold of but on the rare occasion she is unavailable she is quick to get back to me. When we were obtaining our home policy, she promptly let us know exactly what was needed from us, immediately got in contact with our mortgage officer, and ensured everyone was on the same page every step of the way, handling the legwork and making the process a breeze. She is incredibly patient and thorough, just recently taking the time to review our coverages with me in detail to ensure we are getting the best rate possible. Working with them has been such a positive experience overall. From their expertise to their exemplary customer service, you can truly trust this team and that is hard to come by these days. "I can’t sing enough praise about this business and ALL of their staff! My family has been with Henry Mashburn for years and from the small to large, they will be with you every step of the way! Everyone claims to be the “best” but I’m sincerely telling you, this is one of the few insurance options that demonstrates integrity and GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE! They are reachable, honest, and knowledgeable! I’m telling you, there’s good and then there’s the BEST. Pat spent so much time making calls and talking me down from an emotional cliff yesterday, picking up the slack from the at-fault insurer. She didn’t have to do a fraction of what she did for me at the VERY end of the day but she did. Why? Because these people are the benchmark for all businesses dealings. And they’re incredibly competent, KIND professionals who actually practice what they preach. We can’t say that often in this era but I swear, Henry Mashburn and his immaculate team take my breath away."
